I got a new dongle due to it not working and it getting snapped and i accidentally let the headphones die as i was waiting for the replacement and now the pairing utility wont work

Did you purchase the dongle from Razer or other reseller? Please try to follow the steps here. You can also test the device on different computer to isolate the issue. All the best!
