My Nari Ultimate stopped working via USB.
I barely used it (about 10 times!), it is in excellent condition without any damage.
Last time when I used it, there was nothing wrong with it.
I updated it regularly.
Now neither the dongle nor the headset are recognised by Windows 11 or Synapse.
I have tried recovery tool, pairing tool, uninstall drivers, clean registry, keep pressing on/mute, different ports, everything I have read on the internet.
It is fully charged.
When I try to turn it on, the led flashes blue.
I have sound with a 3,5mm jack, but Synapse doesn't recognize it and that's obviously not how I want to use my expensive Razer headset.
Maybe I need a replacement dongle. Could you send one? :(
