I’ve just about given up on using this product. Sound is decent but the mic is, on a good day, barely usable.



Pointing the mic just right makes me very slightly less quiet but not by much.



There is no mic monitoring adjustment available though so I can’t do anything about it and the razer headset app on Xbox doesn’t recognise my headset either.



So, is there a solution to this or not? Apologies if this is answered elsewhere in this support forum....I wasn’t able to see it without there being a search function....
just bought my nari ultimate and my mic is hot garbage no one can hear me i have to basically yell for anyone to barely hear me
Yep 😞 It is very unfortunate. I am having the same exact problem, I thought it was my friend but alas it wasn't. There are no mic settings on the headset and the Xbox settings are very unhelpful as well. If anyone has any advice or if someone from Razer could chime in it would be appreciated...

When did the issue start? Have you tried connecting the headset to a computer and used a communication platform such as Discord to replicate the issue? Let's isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. Please send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
