Hello,

I have had the headset about one week, and all was working well. I am using the latest version of Synapse and my other Razer devices are functioning fine. For the past two days, I have been unable to get any haptic feedback from the headset. Also, the sound is comparatively quieter in general. I reviewed threads here as well as Reddit, and some suggest uninstalling Synapse, reinstalling/repairing Synapse, or deleting device profiles. I would appreciate guidance on this before requesting a return/refund.
