I recently bought the Nari Umtimate Headsets for Xbox One and now there is a constant beeping even with full charge. It’s very annoying and makes a lot of distractions for me. I don’t know what to do.

Hey, Is it plugged in by the USB dongle?

gonna add to this. My headset is also beeping like crazy. My wireless dongle is in the front usb port of my PC, sitting right underneath me. No more than 2 feet, so it shouldn't be disconnecting. Also I have it plugged via usb into a wall outlet so it's constantly charging, which I believe means it's not running low on battery. So why is it still beeping every few minutes?

same thing here got it on the 27th for my ps4 thought maybe it was a update thing but that didn't seem to fix the problem.

i have the same issue with my razer nari ultimate for xbox one beeping constantly , and as i see Razer doesn't seem to care that their headset doesn't work

Mine does beep intermittently while I'm listening to music on my PC, using the dongle. After a few seconds of doing that, it just loses signal altogether. I've tried everything, my guess is my dongle is kaput. Can't find a replacement anywhere on the shop though. Worked for a couple of months prior to that.
