I have had the Nari Ultimate for over a year now. Issues seem to come and go with it, and I can no longer contact support about this issue (though they did not help me anyway). Some USB ports seem to work better than others, but none fully work. It seems some ports will only allow either Chat OR game audio, but not both. While other channels that support both channels, will have constant disconnects and reconnects. This causes synapse to constantly spasm and all my other devices toggle on and off as well. Which makes the device unusable. I am sitting less than 1 foot from the dongle.



I have uninstalled and re-installed, used the recovery tool here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1754/



and tried multiple ports, both on and off the PC, USB 3.0, 3.1, powered USB hub, etc. Neither work correctly. I did seem to have it working better when it was going through the USB passthrough of my Original Blackwidow, but I just replaced that with a Huntsman Elite that has no extra USB passthrough. Using the USB on the Razer headset stand/hub causes the single channel issue described above.



Anyone have anymore ideas?
