Nari Ultimate One Side Issue.

Hi there, I've been having an issue that I haven't seen a thread quite like this about. My Razer Nari Ultimate is only working in my right ear, left side completely quiet. BUT this is ONLY with wireless mode. If I plug in a cable instead of wireless, it works fine. I tried completely reinstalling synapse, and that didn't help. I tried using it on another computer. Same problem. I've heard that some people have been hitting the side that works as a solution, maybe I am not doing it hard enough, but I am scared to damage it, and it hasn't worked for me. Thanks for your helps guys.

    Were there any incidents that happened to your headset before the issue? Have you also tried reinstalling its drivers via the Windows device manager? Please send me the serial number via PM so I can take a closer look.
