You all are well aware of the issue I’m having, and I need a new dongle replacement for the duds you send out. I did not spend over $200 on this headset to be ignored over a manufacturing defect. Please send me a new dongle. My headset should be registered with my account.

+1It’s EOL for a long time. If you have warranty - RMA it. If not search for the dongles on ebay.
