Nari Ultimate's dongle not reconize

Hello, First, excuse my english Since 3 weeks, my Nari ultimate's dongle is not reconize by my computeur however, my headset works since I buy it (november 2019) I ask support from razer and I have 4 different contact who asking me same things since 3 weeks... I don't know what to do. I have: -reinstall synapse (4 times) - clean registry - try update dongle with the support site I have win10 with last update... Anyone have/had same pbm and any solution? Thx
