The first time i installed everything they worked perfectly, the output if i recall correctly was "game", then windows suggested to restart and from there they stopped working in "game" output, THX doesn't work, the only thing that works always is "chat" output in which the sound is only mono, not even stereo, why is there even a chat output for the audio but lets continue..
i tried lots of things, a clean reinstall of everything erasing also all the files in registry related to Razer and THX.
this worked one time, but the audio volume output for "game" was far less than the one in the "chat" output.
There is so much things happening that i should write down a journal to keep track of everything..
i'm using the headphones with the wifi usb dongle included which once put in the pc automatically downloads synapse 3, i also tried to download the software from the website after a clean uninstall of Razer and deleting every folder related to it.
In this moment the "game" device properties when i play some music or video shows the equilizer bar moving but the headphones are absolutely silent
does someone know how to make this thing work?
