Nari Ultimate Sounds like S***.

Hello, I've tried a bunch of things on my brand new Razer Nari Ultimate but it still sounds like poo, at least compared to an old Razer ManO' WAR.:mad_: It does not sound clear at all and there's a big lack of mediums and Highs I'm disapointed .:frown_: Is there any good profile to enhance the quality of these speackers ? Is it a common problem with this headset ? Can we do anything about it ? Thanks for reading this message.:smile_:

Hi there. Thanks for bringing this up to us. Does the audio quality issue happen on all applications? Does the issue happen on wired and wireless? Also, does the issue happen while on PC and game consoles? Lastly, are you using Razer Synapse 3.0 EQ to customize sound?

Sorry I havent been on this forum for the past month so i sadly couldnt answer you. My problem is now fixed thanks to the razer support (the issue was : the headset itself was damaged or malfunctioning . . .) :| I got it replaced and now everything is fine thanks for your reply :)
