Hello,
I have had my nari ultimate for a while now, all of sudden today it started to reset itself and i cannot connect it anymore via the dongle, i have reset both devices and nothing seems to work, reinstalled synapse also and it appears the hardware is faulty, looking on here there appears multiple people with this issue so surely this considered a proddcut defect?
Really shocking it stops working for no reason, is there any fix or way i can get a replacement?
