Nari Ultimate wireless conection issues

Hi, Ok this question has been asked 100+ times here, but will the wireless connection issues with the Nari Ultimate headphones ever be fixed? I tried to stream fortnite while using them wireless and after three minutes they start beeping like crazy, now I am at my pc the dongle is only like a foot away... there should not be a connection issue, I ended up having to switch to the audio jack from the headphones to my Wolverine Ultimate Controller to finish my stream. Look I understand it take time to fix issues. but a fixed for these headphones and or Synapse should have been made by now. I got the headphone for the great sound quality especially THX but if I am not mistaken that is only available in wireless mode. Also I have tried the dongle repair and firmware tools to no avail. I love the headphones and they will be the only pair I will ever be able to have so will there ever be a permanent fix. Thank you
