i dont know why but if go maybe 5m away from my PC the Headset lost the connection. can someone help me?

The range of the headset is greatly affected by interference and walls. You can try the pairing tool to improve the connection of the transceivers. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can give you the download link.
