Nari Ultimate Xbox won't pair - blue flashing light

Hi Bought a Razer Nari Ultimate Xbox edition to use with Xbox Series X. Charged up, tried to pair and all that happened was the power indicator flashing blue but wouldn't pair. Tried loading Synapse onto Mac and trying to connect it to computer but again didn't work. Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong please ? I tried searching for answer and I see people had similar problems a year or so ago but not actually seeing a solution. Thanks in advance.
