Nari Wireless - Synapse sound issues

Hello guys,

Today I turned on my computer and when I turned on music, my sound from Nari was really strange, like muffled or what. When I turned off and on THX sorround, the sound returned according to the EQ setting.

This strange behaviour occurred even when I turned off game with custom profile with THX enabled. I have secondary - main profile (Windows profile - with stereo output but THX enabled.) and when I turned on music, muffled sound occurred once again. Funny fact is, that I only pressed mixer button and sound switched to “correct one” automatically. So this is clearly a software issue.

Do you know about this issue and will you fix this? It’s really annoying for daily use.

Hi there! Have you tried doing a repair or reinstall of Synapse? If not yet, please do and let me know if it helps.

today I tried clean newest version of Synapse and this bug is still present. All my other Razer products work without problems expect Nari.

Well, for more informations. If I have active THX inside the Windows, if I change any preset in EQ tab, sound get muffled. If I deactivate and reactive THX everything works fine. I saw other people with same issue. All other things works fine with headset.

What you suggest?

Thanks for the response. Let's troubleshoot further. Have you tried using a different Synapse account or a different PC to see if the same thing happens? If you haven't, please do so we can properly isolate the root cause of the issue. Let me know how it goes.

Well, in meantime I tried different things in Synapse. I found temporary solution for this issue. I created multiple duplicate profiles (three). One is Windows Default with Stereo output for music and Windows related content and other two are for games etc. Now I haven’t any problem with strange sound behaviour, since my profiles switch every time.

At least I can use them this way

I tried different PC as well and same behaviour occurred if I used only one profile.
