Nari Wireless Ultimate not working on PS4?

Having an issue with my Nari Wireless Ultimate where it works just fine on my PC but when I try to use it on my PS4 it's as though the PS4 doesn't acknowledge the USB dongle. I've gone into settings, looked for it, etc. and the dongle never shows up. Mine is a PS4 Pro so I've tried all 3 USB ports to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I love this thing and would like to be using it with my PS4 Pro (and PS5 when it finally shows up) Thanks
