I can connect but after about 30 seconds but it does vary with up to a minute or two.  I tried running the diagnostic apps but each one things I am running another Razor application.  (I killed everything from task managers, processes, and services that had Razo associated to it.)  I figure one of those applications would work but I can not start them.

The headset will connect for about 30 seconds.  Then it will disconnect and 5 seconds later connect again but only a few seconds before disconnecting again and repeating.  Going to Bluetooth and Devices in the Settings program the headset is connecting and disconnecting almost too fast to press the menu.  I was successful and removed the Navi Ultimate before rebooting and trying the whole process again.  But with similar results.  

The headset is fully charged (green light)
It connects with a blue but then starts blinking
