не работает dongle deathadder v3 pro

The wireless dongle for my DeathAdder V3 Pro has stopped working. I performed a full reinstall of Synapse and tried using both the RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1 and the DeathAdderV3Pro_00B700B6_FirmwareUpdater_v2.02.00_r2. I was able to update the mouse firmware via USB cable using the Dongle Utility. However, the problem is that my PC doesn't recognize the dongle at all—it doesn't show up in the updater tools or in Device Manager. The mouse works perfectly when connected by wire.
