Добрый день , подключаю зарядное устройство к наушникам заряжаю их полностью , после отключения зарядного устройства в приложении synapse 4 в приложении показывает исходные данные 43% или меньше , какой-то глюк наушники новые Blackshark v3 pro CS. Что это может быть, приложения и прошивку все обновил мышь работает стабильно в Synapse 4.
Good afternoon, I connect the charger to the headphones and fully charge them, but after disconnecting the charger, the Synapse 4 app shows the initial data as 43% or less — there’s some kind of glitch. The headphones are new, Blackshark v3 pro CS. What could be the issue? I’ve updated all the apps and firmware; the mouse works stably in Synapse 4.
