Hello, I registered my product (Kraken v4) to obtain the 7.1 sound activation code, but I haven't received the code.

Hey ​@Dxnhill,

Please be advised that your Kraken V4 (RZ04-0517) does not come with a 7.1 Surround activation code as you can check from this list. It features the more advanced THX Spatial which you can enable by following the steps from this link. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
