Need a 7.1 surround sound activation code

Hello, I reformatted my PC just now, and then I tried to download the app again to use 7.1 sound; however, when I put the code in, it said it had been used already. I have all information about my headset, and I hope you can help me. Thanks for the replies.

Just login to your RazerID account through 7.1 surround app instead typing already used code.

Hello, I accidentally activated the 7.1 surround sound activation code on my guest account and I can't log in. I'd like to request a new code to use on my original account. I have all my information; I just purchased it yesterday :s

This is my first time using a Razer product and my first Razer ID account. When I try to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound, I receive a message stating that the activation has already been used, even though I have never activated it before.

This leads me to believe that the activation code may have been used before I purchased the headset.

I kindly ask for your help in resetting the activation or providing a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for my headset.

  • Headset Model: Razer BlackShark V2 X
