Need a new headset my razor kraken is damage and is doing a weird noise on the left side and i want to know how to use the warranty that i have for 2 Years to get a new one? I would appreciate it if someone had a answer.
Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it yields the same issue? Isolate the problem by following the steps from this page. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use those to look for other solutions to fix this issue.
