Need a solution to a serious problem regarding mouse and dock pro

So i’ve had those mouse and a dock for a while now and after updating to synapse 4 started facing some problems regarding their behaviour

  1. Dock stopped working properly during charging, incorrect reporting of percentage and color indication (stays on red for a long while, if i lift mouse off updates info in software only after)
  2. Desync between mouse and dock lighting despite me setting them in sync in studio
  3. Battery drain, would go low power within a day of usage on 0% smart dimming and 1khz polling

Steps done to solve the problem:

  • reinstalled drivers
  • did cleanup with razer driver wipe tool
  • factory mouse through synapse

Any help appreciated, i don’t exactly live somewhere where it would be easy to just RMA to razer itself, i’ll have to contact retailer instead.

The problem with lighning and battery level was on Sunaspe 3 too. I don’t how to fix it :(

For me on Synapse 3 it worked fine and since upgrading to Synapse 4 it works as in the first post

Did you update firmware between switching the Synapse versions?
