Bought this wireless/ blutooth Barracuda headset over a year ago. Was working just fine till i tried plugging it to the usb-a male to usb-c female adapter cable that comes with the headset. Normally i was using a little type-a to type-c adapter to plug the dongle to my PC. After i tried Razer’s included adapter cable thingy all of a sudden the dongle stopped working. I headed over to device manager, no dongle, no barracuda, nothing.
Blutooth and jack cable works fine. No issues with the headset.
[Its neither Barracuda X nor Barracuda Pro, but the default Barracuda.]

I investigated the issue and it seems that there are a lot of people facing the same problem.
