Need Code
I bought a Razer Kraken Essential, I didn't receive the code to activate surrround 7.1, the box has a code but says it is invalid, can you help me?

There isn't a need for codes since your headset's surround sound is built into Synapse 2.0. If you don't have the app yet, you can download it from here.
