Why can't I see my firefly cloth on chroma studio in synapse 3?

Does Synapse detect the mat? If not, please put up a screenshot of how it appears in the Device Manager. You can also try reinstalling the USB drivers for the Firefly Cloth edition and have Windows Updater download fresh ones.

get_haddictedYou can reinstall USB drivers via the Device Manager. Anyways, there doesn't seem to be a need to do that right now as the mat shows up in Synapse. Do PM a screenshot of the Chroma Configuration window so I can help try to further isolate the issue.

Synapse release a new update. Firefly Cloth is working fine now.
