Why can't I see my firefly cloth on chroma studio in synapse 3?

    Does Synapse detect the mat? If not, please put up a screenshot of how it appears in the Device Manager. You can also try reinstalling the USB drivers for the Firefly Cloth edition and have Windows Updater download fresh ones.

    Is it this one or the Windows Device Manager? How do I reinstall USB drivers? Thanks for replying.

    You can reinstall USB drivers via the Device Manager. Anyways, there doesn't seem to be a need to do that right now as the mat shows up in Synapse. Do PM a screenshot of the Chroma Configuration window so I can help try to further isolate the issue.

    Synapse release a new update. Firefly Cloth is working fine now.

    Synapse release a new update. Firefly Cloth is working fine now.
