Need help! (Driver issues)

I was having issues with my Razerblade 15 RZ09-0270 and I had some family help to fix it. From my understanding they had the main drive was replaced with a fresh copy of windows. Now there are a bunch of features that no longer work. Bluetooth isn’t in my options, my 3.5 mil jack doesn’t work, Etc router login. I checked my device manager and there are a bunch of unknown devices listed that It can’t find drivers for. Does anyone know how I could go about identifying these devices and finding their appropriate drivers? Thank you!
