Need help for my Chroma Strider

The left side of my Razer Chroma Strider has stopped lighting up and I can’t lodge anything through warranty because they require a serial number which the strider does not have. Is there a way to fix this?

This is usually a failed LED strip or a break in the internal light guide on that side. There’s no user-serviceable fix since the Strider isn’t designed to be opened or repaired.

Even without a visible serial number, Razer support can sometimes help if you provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Try contacting support directly and explain the product has no serial.

If it’s out of warranty, the only practical options are to keep using it unlit or replace it—software resets or cable swaps won’t fix a dead LED section.
