Need help from support to activate 7.1 surround.

So, here’s the deal.

I have just received my Amazon order of Kraken X Lite headphones.

The scratch card with the activation code was a disaster and is completely unreadable.

I have tried requesting a code but need the product ID in order to complete the request. I know where this code is but due to its placement on the headset and my worsening eyesight I cannot read this.

I have attempted to use the online support process, but in order to proceed I need the product ID code so I am going round in circles.

Is there any other way to get this code and thus activate 7.1 surround, or am I now left with 50% of my new headset being unusable?

The isn’t precisely about the activation code, the big problem is that the serial number is both obscured by the head band on the headset and also too small for me to read.

I have now successfully registered the headset after a friend with a magnifier was able to decipher the serial number for me.

Please consider this issue resolved.
