Hi, I recently bought a Razer Kraken X Lite second-hand and I’m trying to get a new activation code for it.
When I try to request a new activation code through Razer Support, I’m asked to register the device first, but the registration process requires proof of purchase.
I’ve contacted Razer Support, but I was directed to the Reseller and Marketing Team, who told me they cannot assist with technical issues or warranty claims.
I’m currently trying to obtain the original proof of purchase from the seller. Is there another way to request a new activation code, or do I need the original proof of purchase to register the headset?
