hello my grilfriend just got me an open box basilisk ultimate form bestbuy i let it charge on the dock,and after 4 hours i came back to it in synaspce 3 is say it has 100% battery when i take it off the dock it turn off and wont power on when i hit the switch

i have the same problem even though i dont have the dock version, its most likely a battery issue, razer needs to make a basilisk ultimate v2 and give it to us users for free
