Hello there,
The Hammerhead V3 seems to work since it is working fine with a phone. For PCs equipped with separate ports for audio output and microphone input, the included 3.5 mm splitter extension cable can be used as shown in the illustration here. By the way, only USB enabled devices can be detected by the Razer Synapse software. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
