hi since yesterday i have a bug with my razer kraken TE headset, i no longer hear the sound of games and it happens to me that on discord sometimes my friends can't hears me and the sound cuts out entirely, i also saw that the sound did not work in all directions except in front on the left and in front on the right the rest does not make any noise when I test it. is it because of the update? or is my kraken TE broken?
