Need help recovering 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code for BlackShark V2 X

Hi Razer Support Team,

I have owned a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset for a while, but I just recently found out about the 7.1 Surround Sound application. When I tried to activate the software, it required an Activation Code, which I do not have since there was no scratch card inside my original box.

I then attempted to register the product on my Razer ID account to receive the code via email, but the system notified me that this product has already been registered. I am certain that I have never registered this device before.

I still keep the original box and the headset with me. Here are my device details:

  • Product Number (P/N): RZ04-03240100-R3M1

  • Serial Number (S/N): (removed for security purposes)

I have also attached a photo of the bottom of my headset box showing the S/N label as proof of ownership. Could you please help me check this issue and provide a new activation code for my account?

Hey there, ​@tranbadang 

I understand that you are unable to activate 7.1 Surround Sound for your Razer BlackShark V2 X because you did not receive an activation code in the box. Upon checking the serial number you provided in your post, I've found that the device has already been registered three times, which explains why it's showing as already registered.

Just to confirm, could you please send me a PM along with a photo of your proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format, including the name of the store/reseller, so I can check its warranty details on my end?
