Need help recovering original Razer ID after email typo

Hi Support Team,!--tgqphd|[]-->

I am posting from this temporary backup account because I am completely locked out of my original desired username. I accidentally made a typo in the email address during registration, and the verification link expired before I could fix it.!--tgqphd|[]-->

I have an active ticket open for this (Case ID: (removed for security purposes)!--tgqphd|[]-->). I was told by the online chat that if an account is not verified it is deleted, but when I went to make a new account with the correct email, the username was unavailable.

I have also since physically created and now own the typoed Gmail inbox, but the system is blocking password resets and verification resends to it.!--tgqphd|[]-->

I do not intend to keep this current backup account. I just want to recover my original username. Could a staff member please PM me to manually trigger a fresh verification link or push an Account Migration so I can rescue my original account?!--tgqphd|[]-->

Thank you!

Hey there, @venus.37

I understand that you accidentally entered an incorrect email address during registration, and now you’re unable to access your original account. Upon checking the case number you provided in your post, it appears that the case has already been closed.

For Razer ID-related concerns, it’s best that you submit a support ticket here: https://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit

Once you have an existing ticket, get back to me with the case number via PM, and I will coordinate with the relevant team for an update. Alternatively, you can contact our Razer Gold Support Team via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real time.

 Also, I have edited your post and removed your case number for security purposes. Thank you for understanding!
