Can anyone help me get my base station working again? It was working fine but now my computer is saying that it is malfunctioning. I followed along with razers video for rectifying the problem but it hasn't worked which is why I am turning to the forum. I have tried to get an email for razer but only found a page that lets me submit a request but wont let me click the drop down so it is not actually letting me submit my request for help.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there! Thanks for posting Razer Base Station's concern here. Have you tried connecting it to a different computer or USB port? Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
