need help with chroma integration

hello i have a problem with chroma integration. when i play a game that it support (overwatch killingfloor2 apex) but it have no effect on my device (ex. blackwidow chromav2 nagahex v2 firefly and tatarusv2) and i already have synapse 3. and chroma apps in connect tap is on (but no apps listed) i try to reinstall synapes 3 but it not work what should i do T^T

    Hi there, @SGViviD! Are you still having the same issue with Chroma Integration with your Razer Synapse? Can you send us a screenshot of your settings under Razer Synapse?

    here on connect tap. i dont have any light effect profile because it was reset for some reason (i dont know) or should i turn Chroma Integration on before play game ? (and where)

    Hey! Try downloading one app from this link: https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop/apps. Once you're done, please check if it gets detected under Chroma Apps. You may restart your PC if necessary. Just let me know how it goes.
