Need help with fixing this charging issue on the Razer Deathadder V2 Pro

So, for the past couple years I’ve had to stay on keeping the mouse charged while having 2.4GHZ on to use the mouse. otherwise even if I turn it off and keep it charging it wouldn't charge. perm stuck at 0%. It would occasionally go back to normal and charge and work wirelessly. I’ve tried resetting and power cycling it. Nothing would work. Need some real help

Have you tried a different cable? What about another power source? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
