Need help with headphones Kaira Pro
I just got the wireless Kaira Pro for Xbox a few days ago off of amazon and when I'm in a party, listening to music or in game my audio will get all distorted every few seconds for 1-2 seconds. I'm using it on my new Xbox Series S that i just got. I've tried the app on Xbox to play with the equalizer settings to see if that would help but doesn't change the issue at all. I'm hoping there's some kind of fix I'm no noticing with the headphones cause i really like the feel of them.

pulseFlatterytrend228Yikes. That's a possible indication of a hardware issue. Did you try updating the headset's firmware? If you haven't, please download the file here. just tried using them on my pc and i get the same audio distortion as on xbox
