Need help with Kraken TE

Hello, I just got the Kraken TE, but been having a lot of problems with it so far, so I hope I can find help here. First of all, the instructions are so confusing... first they tell you that in order to use the full potential of the headset you have to download the 7.1 surround sound from the razer website, which I did, only to find out I cant even use it on this headset because they have THX Spatial. After that, I kept following the instructions and they tell you to configure "Razer Audio Controller - Chat" as default communication device, and "Razer Audio Controller - Game" as Default Device. All good so far, but then they tell you to set "THX Spatial - Synapse" as Default Device... So I did some research, and I think you have to ignore everything and just leave THX Spatial - Synapse as default device (is this right?), but I still have more problems: 1. The "THX Spatial Audio" button on the usb controller is supposed to turn on and off the thx spatial, but it does absolutely nothing besides turning the green LED on and off. I found out that sometimes, and only sometimes, when using "Razer Audio Controller - Game" as default device, this button actually does something, since theres a clear change in the audio between having it on and off. But again, it's only sometimes in the "Razer Audio Controller - Game", but never in "THX Spatial - Synapse". 2. After restarting or turning on the PC, theres no audio at all (yes, i know about the volume control in the headset cable, the volume control in the usb dongle, and the chat / game volume balance). The only fix I have found is switching to "Razer Audio Controller - Game" as default device, which brings back the audio, and then I can switch back to "THX Spatial - Synapse" 3. Sometimes the audio just stops working, haven´t found a fix for this, changing anything in the razer synapse or even switching default audio devices doesn´t work. The only fix so far is restarting the pc and doing what I mentioned in point 2.
