My Blackshark Pro V2 headset won’t pair with my PC. I’ve searched tech support online, and all the instructions say to press the pairing button to make the headset discoverable.

My headset doesn’t have a pairing button.

I’ve tried every combination of the power and mic mute buttons trying to get it to ping, but nothing happens. I had it connected for 2+ years, but when I rearranged my PC desk, it became unpaired and now I can’t reconnect it.

Does anyone know what I can do?
