i got the deathadder v3 pro less than a year ago and my scroll wheel stopped working can someone help me with the warranty process pls?

Let me help you with your mouse. Can you try cleaning your scroll wheel with a can of compressed air and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll wheel issue you're currently experiencing.
