the light works fine when i plug in but when i use it to type it wont work but the light is working and idk how to fix it since im new to this

    Hey there! Thanks for sharing your keyboard's concern here. Are you using a USB hub? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or another PC and see if the issue persists?

    Hi there! I appreciate your interest in our products. However, Razer Cynosa Chroma is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit or higher only. On the other hand, Razer Synapse 2.0 supports Mac OS X 10.10 to 10.14. Also, Razer Cynosa Chroma is compatible with Razer Synaose 3.0.
