Need help with my razer ouroboros

Hi there I never used the wireless function from the mouse but I really wanted to use it. The dock is connected to the pc and the mouse is sync to the dock but when I press the two buttons to turn it on it doesn't turn on. I really need help with this. Thank you. Edit: Forgot to mention the mouse is a few years old :/ And if theres no fix to it how can I get a new one I really enjoy this mouse.
