Need help with Pending reload. It has been pending for almost 2 days

Need help with Pending reload. It has been pending for almost 2 days. This is not my first transaction and definitely not a small amount… Can someone point me to the direction of how to fix it?

 

I’ve already created a ticket and have been trying to connect with a support agent but always getting the “No one is available right now”..
