Need Help with Razer 2-Auth

So basically, I can login to my account. but have issue with 2-Auth, I lost the backup codes and the app i used for auth is microsoft's which mean if i delete the app, then the auth is gone is not cloud saved or stuff. so now i have a new phone.

 

I have the login email and password and can login to the account and just purchased razer gold coins but i cant use these gold coins for anything without auth code. 

 

issue being i cant reset my 2-auth, there is no option. I have not linked a phone number. Only the email. and have access to the gmail account.
