I have a Blackshark V2 pro (2020) and I don’t know why but sometimes the left speaker becomes a lot quieter than the right speaker. I always update the razer synapse and always update my graphics card.
Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know how to fix it?
The product is out of warranty.

Have you tried it on a different PC? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and provide isolation steps to know why you’re having some audio issues.
