Need help with razer chair return policy

Hello everyone, I'm trying to return razer enki x chair and razer gave me the RMA number and all that, but they refused to pay for the return shipping cost. They said they only cover the shipping cost only if the chair is confirmed to be damaged or defective. I thought their return policy for chairs stated that we have 14 days to return the chair and they will cover the shipping cost. They also have the 14-day trial as well.
