so recently i bought razer kraken x headset and installed 7.1 surround sound, when i open it and login in my account, nothing happens, like ive seen videos when people login and after that get window with activation code, but im not getting this window and so i reinstalled it twice already and nothing happens

    Did you already register your headset on Synapse? If not, then register it first by following this guide. After that, you can try again. You can use this guide on how to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
